Membership is not required to play with us. You can play one and be done. But if you're like most of our players, you'll be back for more. 5-Packs are available for discounted games. And if something changes and you need to cancel, your game is automatically credited to your account to use next time.

There is a chance our schedule will change due to COVID-19. Because of this, we cannot offer unlimited passes or memberships at this time. When we enter Phase 5 of Reopening in Chicago, please check back for these pricing options.

Cancelation Policy

Our cancelation policy is built to give our participants the best possible experience. No one likes an over-sold game where you do more sitting than playing. And games are no fun when you’re expecting a good turnout and people are no-shows.

To encourage you to sign up early but also give you the flexibility to change your plans if needed, all we ask is that you give us at least two hours of notice if you need to cancel. (Even more notice is better!)

When you cancel at least two hours in advance, you will receive a credit to play with us another time and people on the wait-list will get a notification that a spot has opened up.

Any participants signed up for games that are cancelled because of uncontrollable situations such as weather, facility issues, or not enough people for a game will automatically receive a credit on their account.

Game credits are good for a full year from the date they were purchased.

  • If you pay in advance and need to cancel, your payment will automatically become a credit on your account as long as you cancel two or more hours in advance. Credits only – you will not receive a refund.

  • No refunds or credits for cancelations made within two hours of the start time.*

  • No refunds or credits for no shows.
 

*COVID-19 Cancelation Policy Updates:
If you feel sick, please do not attend a Grab A Game event. If you need to cancel due to being sick, please do this through your Grab A Game account (online or on the Grab A Game app). If you are canceling less than 2 hours before game time, please cancel through your account then email GrabAGame@ChicagoSocial.com to request a credit.

If you are turned away from a game due to failing the COVID-19 screening procedure, we will issue a credit to your account.
